Do you offer same-day service?+
Same-day and next-day appointments may be available depending on the schedule, location and job size.
Do I need to move items outside?+
No. Our crew can remove items from inside, outside or both. Let us know about stairs, narrow access or parking restrictions.
What items can you not take?+
We cannot normally accept hazardous chemicals, explosives, asbestos, medical waste and certain regulated materials. Contact us before scheduling if you are unsure.
Can I upload photos for an estimate?+
Yes. You may upload up to five photos through the service request form. Photos help us understand the amount, access and type of material.
Do you donate or recycle?+
We prioritize donation and recycling when practical, depending on item condition and available local facilities.
